Elite Hex Spell. For 5..17 seconds, target foe suffers 1 Energy degeneration. Whenever that foe is the target of an allied Spell, the caster of that Spell is hexed with Confound.

Burning Wardbreaker
Spell. Create Burning Wardbreaker at target foe's location. For 10 seconds, foes in the area of that location are struck for 5..10 fire damage each second. Foes affected by an ally's ward are struck for an additional 5..17 fire damage each second.
Cost: 15 Cast: 3 Recharge: 35
(Fire Magic)

Bloodwrath Strike
Spell. Steal 10..82 Health from target foe. That foe begins bleeding for 5..10 seconds. If that foe was already bleeding, you steal no Health, and deal 10..30 Shadow damage instead.
Cost: 10 Cast: 2 Recharge: 8
(Blood Magic)

Righteous Fury
Enchantment Spell. For 10 seconds, the next time target ally uses an attack skill, all foes adjacent to that ally are struck for 20..50 Holy damage. This Spell has double the Divine Favor bonus.

(Smiting Prayers)

Weapon of Deflection
Weapon Spell. For 4..6 seconds, target ally blocks the next attack against them. If an attack is blocked, you and that ally gain 1..3 Energy.

Shout. For 1..3 seconds, target other ally takes 50% less damage.

Warbeast's Attunement

alright alright, calm down, even so, if it was pve only then alot of missions would need no skill - especially if u have apocolypse - and farming would be too easy.... even if u do have the conditions at the end and if it is a long cast a recharge, there are other skills that can support it like song of concentration for the casting time, and simply extiguish or restore condition for the conditions....

Crossover - Signet. This skill does nothing when activated. For every Crossover signet on your skill bar, you may use 1 PvE skill in PvP play. If you bring Ursan Blessing into PvP, you are allowed no other skills on your bar, all of your attributes are set to zero, and your health is set to that of a lvl. 10...15 character. I've always wanted to make another good healing skill for a warrior...

Epinephrine Signet (Unlinked)

1 ct
5 recharge

"You lose all Adrenaline. For each point of adrenaline lost, you gain 1 health."

Or make it linked to either tactics or Strength....

"You lose all Adrenaline. For each strike of adrenaline lost, you gain 5...25 Health"

ursan has nothing to do with your attributes, skill bar, and health (well a little).......you can kill some1 too easily with ursan pretty quick if thats aloud........

(why is it there arent any warrior skills that cause cracked armour? they should be the only profession that can do it since they hit hard) I've unlocked eveyr warrior skill...No cracked armour skills... ='( SO i made one. =)

Umm... Soul Reaping, Leadership, Energy Storage and Mysticism for energy pool/management? E-denial = dead ursan. Martial classes also use normal weapon attacks while the ursan attack skills are recharging. Also, once the character runs out of energy, the penalty of 0 attributes and no other skills would render that character completely useless. 125-250 health loss is also pretty significant. So it would be more of an all or nothing use.

It was more of a joke post than anything, but if Ursan was allowed in PvP under those conditions, I could see it getting wasted more often than not.

There is only 1 skill I want.....

Asuran Title Track - Obtained from Mapp in Rata Sum after achieving Rank 10 Asuran

Summon Merchant - 10e Activation 1/4 Recharge 1
Spell. Summon a level 10 Merchant that lives for 5 minutes. This Spell only recharges when you gain a morale boost.


This merchant will buy all your stuff at normal merchant prices and will sell his usual fare except for keys. Lockpicks will be available just no keys.

Target other ally moves +33% faster and has 50% chance to block for 4-12-16 seconds. That ally cannot be cripled or knocked down during this time.

Target foe takes 18...52 earth damage. If you have more energy than target foe, that foe takes an additional 15...50 earth damage and suffers from Weakness for 7...12 seconds. This spell causes exhaustion.

I always thought about this one:
HOLY BLADE (E)

sword attack- Lose all Adrenaline. This attack deals only 10..30 damage. If this attack hits an undead or animated foe, all enemies with in earshot are set on fire for 2..9 seconds and knocked down every 5 secs for the next 5...10 secs.

adreneline: 12
recharge: 25 secs


heres one for the contest:

"INTELLIGENCE IS MY SHIELD"

ENERGY:15
RECHARGE:10

SHOUT- Lose all energy. The next 25...300 damage is neglected, but you have -4...9 energy degeneration until this shouts ends. This shout ends if you use a skill.

This is an Asura skill

Sorry for the double post, but i just got an idea for great skill

BARD'S SONG (E)
Recieve this skill after you reach rank 6 norn from Egil Fireteller( I think thats the person)

CHANT- For each dead ally in the area, you gain 0..2 adrenaline,+1..10 armor, and moves 15...25% faster. For each survior rank, you gain +1...4 health and 0..2 energy regeneration.

I dont know if anyone realizes this, but ursan can be continuosly interupted...

Domination Magic: Send out a projectile "Nerf" at traget foe. If it hits, their elite is disabled and all skills that share the same attribute cost 20% more energy (minimum 5) for 6..16 Seconds. If it misses, your skills are disabled for 16..6 seconds. This spell has Half the normal range.
